Matthew Burgio is a Canadian photographer whose work spans landscapes, portraits, and weddings, with a primary focus on landscape photography.

His images have been featured in publications such as Canadian Geographic, reflecting a deep appreciation for Canada’s natural environments. Over the past two years, Matthew has been transitioning from digital to film photography, drawn to the slower, more intentional process and the distinct character film brings to an image.

As a landscape photographer, he is passionate about capturing scenes as they truly exist; carefully bringing forward natural colours and light while remaining faithful to the scene’s true character and sense of place. He seeks to bring those same sensibilities to his portrait and wedding work, capturing important moments as they truly unfold.
